bigstock-Image-of-engineering-objects-o-29238677_newAlign CM provides services as an Owner’s Representative,  Construction Manager (Fee or At Risk) and select GC proposals.  These functions include Design Management, Bid Proposals and Construction / Project Management, Claims analysis and Project Scheduling, Consulting and many related aspects to the industry, including asset managers, HOA Property Managers, Banks, Attorneys and Developers.

Owner’s Representative:

Our Professional Training in Design & Construction Management, Contracts, Scheduling, Communication Procedures and a Depth of experience equips us to perform in undertaking the Overall Management (or just a Facet) of the Design &/or Construction of most Commercial, Residential Industrial and Institutional Buildings (Including Medical).

Construction Management:

Construction Management (CM): These services can be divided into two categories:

  • A more extensive form of the owner’s representative service – to more effectively manage a contracted GC & design team. This would entail a Negotiated Fee with the GC and an “Open Book” approach to sub trades.
  • This would entail providing the “On Site Supervision & General Conditions”  and providing the supervision and co-ordination of trade contractors as multiple-prime contractors.

Construction Consulting Services:

Additional services, such as scheduling, progress monitoring, claims analysis and general management input are also available.

  • Expert Witness and Defect Litigation Support – Destructive and Non destructive Testing.
  • Receiver support, Construction under Receivership, Court Reports.
  • Claims analysis and Cost Consulting.

Development / GC Services:

Align CM has provided extensive GC and CM services to our partnership ventures for the development of many residential projects. We continually review opportunities to fee build or partner with outside entities as well. Whether by competitive bid or negotiated gmax with fixed fee or any other structure common to the industry.
